Romply is run by [operator's legal name], [city, province], Canada ("Romply", "we"). For anything about your information, email [privacy contact email]. That person is responsible for Romply's handling of personal information.

Romply doesn't collect your location, your contacts, or your ChatGPT conversations. When you ask ChatGPT to save something, ChatGPT sends Romply only that page or entry.
The web app uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. The app keeps a copy of your pages on your device so they open quickly, and removes it when you sign out. If you choose "This is a shared computer" when signing in on the web, nothing is kept on that computer.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. It's shared only as follows:
Some of these providers are based in the United States and may access or process information outside Canada. When that happens, the laws of those countries apply to it, and the authorities there may be able to access it.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), or to your province's privacy regulator.
Connections to Romply are encrypted, and sign-in secrets are stored hashed or encrypted. Only the operator can reach the production database. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
Romply isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date. If a change matters, such as a new use of your information, we'll tell you in the app or by email first.
